Job title: Communications & Engagement Specialist
Contract length: Full time, 6 month contract (with a possibility of extension or a permanent offer)
Location: Sydney CBD / working from home
Reporting to: Head of Communications

Responsibilities
Manage both proactive and reactive internal communications, ensuring alignment with Randstad’s internal communications strategy, ambition and objectives.
Craft innovative, inclusive, and compelling messages that inspire and engage employees.
Utilise internal communications platforms and channels to effectively deliver messages.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure coordinated and impactful internal communications.
Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work culture.
Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and promote a sense of belonging.
