Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine policies, standards, and procedures with a focus on controls design and compliance.
Lead project planning and coordination efforts, including resource allocation and systems analysis.
Serve as the primary contact for user groups and systems management, providing guidance and support.
Contribute expertise to governance projects and regulatory initiatives within the financial industry.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of project issues.
Provide training and guidance to team members as needed.
