We are looking for a European real estate reporter who wants to make a name for themselves. The role will involve breaking news and writing incisive analysis for React News, the leading publication covering the commercial property market in continental Europe and the UK. This is not a role where you will be stuck rewriting press releases. Your focus will be on meeting people and building a contact base in order to break news stories and write in-depth analysis.
Some of our past scoops – which include Amundi’s €4bn+ office disposal programme and Blackstone’s €21bn Mileway recap – show the range of internationally significant stories we break. Property is an open and social industry that offers the successful candidate the chance to quickly build a contact base and establish themselves. The successful candidate will ideally be London-based or at least able to travel regularly into London to meet contacts. Our head office is in Mayfair and we have a satellite office in Manchester. We also have European reporters in France and Germany.
