Freelance Personal Finance Writer

Red Ventures is looking for new Freelance Writers to create engaging and experienced content for our audience on a variety of personal finance topics. The ideal candidate can take complex topics and create concise and helpful information tailored to a broad range of readers. You’ll conduct research to write various assignments, including product, editorial, guide, and specialty pieces.

Responsibilities

Write for various topics including banking, credit cards, insurance, mortgages, loans and money saving strategies. However, you may consistently receive assignments for 1-2 topics only.
Deliver quality content.
Research topics and properly source credible references.
Proofread: Turn in work that doesn’t require heavy editing.
Be open to feedback and view edits as a way to improve your craft.
Follow detailed project specifications, outlines, length requirements and content style guidelines.
