To support the Human Resources Knowledge Management function with written content of various types for the company's Knowledge Base which serves as the foundation for world class Human Resources Service Delivery. The candidate’s primary responsibility is to write content broad in range to populate the company’s Human Resources (HR) Knowledge Base (KB) with thorough, clear, consistent material to empower employees with 24/7 self-service knowledge and to inform best-in-class HR Service Delivery (HRSD). The successful candidate will align to the company's HRSD model and adhere to prescribed templates, style guides and forms while thinking broadly and with curiosity about how things could be done. The job holder will direct the full lifecycle of their writing projects including topic discovery, interviewing and workshopping with subject matter experts (SMEs), drafting content, seeking approvals and publishing to ServiceNow. Topics will vary in support of all areas of HR including but not limited to operations, HRIS, benefits, compensation, mobility, employee life cycle, payroll, billing, learning & organizational effectiveness, process excellence, talent management, talent acquisition, corporate, and plant-based HR functions. The candidate must have strong business acumen and understand how to navigate a corporate environment with multiple stakeholders.
