We are a well-established psychological testing practice seeking a skilled report writer to join our team. As a report writer, you will play a crucial role in producing comprehensive and accurate psychological and neuropsychological reports for our clients. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own space while contributing to the important work we do.

Responsibilities:

Writing History Sections: You will be responsible for crafting clear and concise history sections within the reports. This involves compiling information provided by clients, such as background information, relevant medical history, and other contextual details that contribute to the assessment process.

Pulling in Data from Standardized Tests: You will utilize your technical skills to gather and integrate data from standardized psychological tests into the reports.

Copy, Paste, and Format Interpretive Sections and Charts: In collaboration with our assessment team, you'll copy, paste, and format interpretive sections and charts into the reports. Ensuring consistent formatting and accurate representation of data is essential.

Requirements:

Excellent Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy are paramount in this role, as the reports you create directly impact the decisions and insights drawn from the assessments.
Tech Savviness: Proficiency in using various computer applications and tools is essential for effectively working remotely and handling digital data.
Strong Computer Skills, Including MS Word and Google Docs: A solid command of word processing software, especially Microsoft Word, is necessary to efficiently format and structure the reports. Efficiency with Google Docs
Efficient Time Management: Meeting deadlines is crucial in delivering timely reports to our clients. Effective time management skills will contribute to your success in this role.
Knowledge of Psychological Testing or Neuropsychological Report Writing (a plus): While not mandatory, familiarity with psychological testing concepts or prior experience in neuropsychological report writing is advantageous.
Comfort with AI platforms: should be comfortable using AI platforms, demonstrating proficiency in navigating various tools for data analysis and report generation. Strong analytical skills and adaptability to new technologies are essential for synthesizing data effectively and maximizing productivity in the role.

Job Types and Salary:

This position is available as a part-time role with anticipated weekly hours in the 20-30 range with the possibility to go full time in the future. It will also provide the flexibility to accommodate various schedules.
The offered salary ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, reflecting your experience and expertise.

Education:

An Bachelors degree is preferred, although candidates with relevant experience and skills will also be considered.
