Annual stipend of $9,300 to purchase health insurance privately (we do not offer a plan), You will be eligible for four weeks of combined vacation and sick leave annually and nine holidays: New Year's, Martin Luther King Day, Earth Day (April 22), Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas (vacation is not a cash benefit and must be used within the calendar year). The Earth Day holiday can be taken on other days. The Explorer offers a 403b retirement plan with a match to your contributions up to 3 percent.
