Want to write features? This is Rest of World’s regular reminder that we are open to pitches for longform (3,000 word+) stories about technology outside of the US/western Europe. I want compelling, character-driven tales – stories that need to be heard. Rest of World is an international nonprofit journalism organization. It documents what happens when technology, culture and the human experience collide, in places that are typically overlooked and underestimated. Rest of World believes the story about technology is as big as the world that’s using it, and that everyone — from those building technology to those using it — can benefit from a broader global perspective.
