Editor for Newsroom Diversity

Reuters is beginning a number of initiatives intended to modernize the way our newsroom operates. We want to make sure we can continue to compete in a rapidly changing news environment. We want to build a more diverse and inclusive newsroom that better reflects the people and the world we cover. And we want to make sure that those changes are reflected in the stories and photos and videos that we produce for our customers.

The Editor for Newsroom Diversity will partner with the Global Managing Editor, Newsroom, to design, implement and reinforce a global newsroom D&I strategy that focuses on attracting, developing and retaining diverse talent and shaping a culture that enables us to deliver on our commitment to building a more diverse newsroom that produces world-class content.
