Senior Investor Relations Specialist

The hiring company is seeking to hire an Investor Relations Specialist who will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive, compliant image for our company. You will responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with investor, community, employee, and public interest groups by writing press releases, executive presentations and other media communications, responding to requests for information and communicating with the public, employees and with clients. You will develop relationships with executives and managers within the organization.
To be successful in this role, you will need a deep understanding of financial services marketing, public company reporting and regulatory bodies (SEC, FINRA). You will also need excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in working with a public company in an investor relations capacity is required.
