RoundGlass is building out a dynamic wellbeing content team for RoundGlass Living– an app-based community that brings people and their passion for wellbeing together. This vertical is designed for users to engage with a library of rich content, social experiences, knowledge sharing, and well-being resources.

We’re looking for an outstanding Script Writer to oversee the creation of video scripts, from courses to short-form tips and social clips, with a keen eye for creating content that integrates all aspects of holistic wellbeing. In this role, you will write compelling scripts with a dynamic language that inspires a user along their journey to wholistic wellbeing.

What You’ll Do

Work closely with the talent team to learn about an expert and identify their unique POV
Connect with the expert and over phone calls and zoom, help them to shape their ideas and fit them into an outline to be distributed and reviewed
Work in partnership with the expert to develop, write, and edit the course, adhering closely to RoundGlass standards, science and safety guidelines, and ethical practices
Distribute script to the team, and work with experts on revisions as needed
Be available up until and during the shoot for last-minute changes, revisions, and script requests
Write scripts for short social videos, and promotional videos, and adjust scripts to suit a range of platforms
Help write copy to distribute and promote the content

Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of direct experience writing for video
Wellbeing-specific script writing experience
Personable communication skills, ability to put experts at ease to bring their best ideas and work
Excellent command of language
Ability to work flexible hours for occasional early morning or late-night calls (to accommodate international time zones)
Fast writing skills for quick turnaround times

Pay & Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position is $95,000-$105,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentives or bonus. This role is also eligible for comprehensive benefits + 401k + paid time off.
