As Our New Editor For Business Simulations, You Should

Be passionate about education and want to contribute to new, innovative ways of learning
Enjoy facing new challenges. As a small and growing company, we encounter new challenges every day
Enjoy creative writing, as you’ll be responsible for creating narrative and content for our simulations
Have education in business or management, preferably at a master’s or bachelor level
Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Be receptive of feedback and eager to learn
Have excellent grammar and attention to detail, as you’ll be responsible for proof reading.
Be a team player with experience from working in teams.

Your New Role

Be the editorial lead in our development team, where you will collaborate with our associate director, head of engineering and senior developers.
Be responsible for creating content in our simulations, like the simulation storyline and content, academic content (assignments, readings, videos, simulation events), and instructional materials (tutorials, teaching notes etc.)
Engage with external subject matter experts to set specs for new simulations and co-create content.
Manage media in the simulation and collaborate with designers and artists to create engaging media for the simulations and learning materials.
Explore new product opportunities and influence our product development strategy and pipeline.
Travel to events to meet potential users and contributor
