Science Content Writer

We are looking to hire a Science Content Writer to join us in our mission to educate the world. As a science specialist, you will be an integral member of a team creating the primary and middle school science content (ages 5 - 14) that appears on our website and applications. A significant component of the job will be writing audience-appropriate questions, pedagogically rich solutions, and engaging presentations to teach various curricula to students.

Alongside this, you will review content for use in our student-focused apps.

Responsibilities

Write developmentally appropriate, well-structured questions, solutions, and presentations for a range of curricula from around the world.
Take part in content review and approval for science.
Identify topics where content needs to be added or improved.
Contribute to discussions about how content will best serve the audience.

Qualifications & Work Experience

An undergraduate degree in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or related subjects.
Experience teaching or creating educational content for ages 5 - 14
Speaks English at an idiomatic level.

This is a full-time (35 hours a week) position working from our Windsor office. Gross annual salary of £30,000-£36,000, and 28 days leave exclusive of bank holidays.
