We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a Senior Communications Manager to join our team based in Exeter or Bristol. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum plus a range of excellent company benefits + rewards.
About the role:
As the Senior Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in Business Planning, the development of supporting Customer Communication plans, and the management of these through digital channels.
You will help engage with our customers, build the reputation of our brands and services and ensure a proactive, ambitious and innovative approach to customer engagement and communication.
Interviews: We will be looking to schedule interviews week commencing Monday 9th October 2023.
What you’ll be doing:
Own the planning and execution of Customer Communication plabs across all available channels.
Align all Customer Communication planning around the internal/external brand narrative
Lead channel-specific engagement strategies to optimise channel capability and support integration of messaging, pan channel.
Determine which platforms to advertise on and adapt Customer Comms campaigns accordingly
Full channel scope ATL/BTL with a heavy focus on Social Media and Digital Marketing
Manage/evolve existing Customer Communication platforms, evaluating and improving performance, reviewing processes, and optimising outcomes
Develop new Customer communication channels by keeping track of the latest marketing technologies and techniques
Monitoring and reporting on the impact of Customer Communication’s against specific KPIs
Maintain the integrity of the Brand by working with the business to provide clear guidelines, training and a brand support service
Effectively manage external agencies and 3rd party suppliers
What we are looking for:
Educated to degree level or equivalent through relevant training and experience
Experienced and proven marketing planning/channel strategist
Experience of working in a communications environment
Proven strong creative, presentation and communication skills
Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate and influence across different tiers of organisations, both internally and externally
Knowledge and understanding of communication practices, tools and techniques including digital communications
Highly capable influencer with a natural style that helps to drive positive culture and behaviours
Dynamic, confident, collaborative and proactive
Able to work accurately, prioritise work and manage time effectively
