Senior Copywriter

Are you a talented and experienced copywriter with a passion for brand and built-environment storytelling? Do you have the skills and confidence to work with subject matter experts and sector leads to craft relevant and compelling content that showcases Cohesive's diverse capabilities and value propositions?

If you answered yes to these questions, then we want to hear from you. We are looking for a Senior Copywriter to join our marketing team and help us position Cohesive in the minds of our different business audiences, especially asset intense owners.

Key Role Responsibilities

Research and curate unique insights, our unique capabilities, stories and newsworthy information
Write high quality, compelling business to business copy optimized for the website and blog, as well as other channels
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to scope and create content pieces, navigate feedback, and ensure deadlines are met
Understand best practices for content per channel
Deliver consistent, high-value content that adheres to our brand guidelines and tone of voice

Qualifications And Knowledge

Qualifications

» Bachelor’s or Master’s in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline

Knowledge/Experience

7+ years experience
Qualitative or quantitative research experience
Excellent writing the ability to tell a compelling story
Good understanding of what makes content successful from an SEO perspective
Commercially minded, able to think strategically, and can appreciate how a piece of content fits into our wider marketing tactics
Experienced at collaborating with stakeholders to collect, analyse and translate insights into clear marketing collateral
Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
Deep understanding of the ways copy helps clients achieve their aims
Ability to grasp complex, technical subjects and distil them into meaningful stories, collateral, and messaging
