What you will be doing:
You will have the opportunity to to plan, create, edit, and manage content to inform, attract, retain, and educate our customers both in the lending and savings markets as well as OSB colleagues across the business.
In this varied and interesting role,you will work across both traditional and digital channels including customer correspondence, email marketing, social media marketing and advertising alongside creating content strategies across the groups brands.
Your responsibilities will include…
Creating communications and copies that puts our customers (b2b/b2c) at the heart of what you do, and champion what they're looking for both now and in the future.
Advising on multi-channel customer journey content flow for different segments. Be it for CRM, advertising campaigns, social media to ensuring the right information at the right time in the journey.
Working within a creative team, collaborating effectively with designers, motion designers and campaign managers.
Proactively reviewing and implementing consistency of tone of voice for all correspondence across all our brands.
Working to create engaging advertising campaigns targeted at B2C and B2B customers.
Producing copy for non-discretionary business critical communication, including, but not limited to letters, internal business updates, client emails, application forms and T&C's.
Leveraging market data i.e. facts and figures to develop themes and topics for content and building out an editorial calendar which is relevant to our different brands.
