Job Description
An exciting opportunity for a Senior Copywriter to be part of our new in-house creative team at Lowell, we are building a team of resident creative experts. If you love creating work that works, driving forward the brand agenda and have a massive passion for all things digital we would be interested in speaking with you.
Reporting into the Senior Content Manager this is a critical role in the newly formed Creative Hub and role holder is expected to influence and collaborate with colleagues across the organisation.
The role holder will be an integral part of our creative team and will lead the copywriting output for the business across all channels. The role is expected to work with designers, UI designer, marketing managers, internal communications and other key stakeholders to create copywriting solutions to meet business needs.
They will be expected to present ideas and creative product to senior managers so will need to be confident and have good stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
Responsibilities will include:
Responsible for writing multi-channel copy across consumer and client marketing channels and internal communications. Bring up the copywriting standards across the business ensuring quality and consistency in all we do. Lead the copywriting output for the business taking on an advisory role for the written word within Lowell.
Create high quality creative ideas and concepts from briefs from across the business. Translate business requirements into creative/written solutions and working with the senior designer to ensure the effectiveness and saliency of our creative output.
Ensure all creative and copy produced has the ability to stretch and flex across multiple channels and leverages the opportunity various channels present.
Creation of copy best practice and oversight of copy within the business
Preparing and presenting creative concepts and initial ideas to internal teams and key stakeholders
Promoting copy guidelines, best practices and standards
Initially setting up copy and creative processes, procedures and best practice
