We are looking for a Senior Investment Writer to join our Brand & Communications team, helping them work through business problems, and find unique, interesting, and effective solutions. As the Senior Investment Content Writer, you will play a vital role in shaping and delivering engaging and informative content related to Single Family Rental investments, financial markets, and asset management. You will be responsible for creating high-quality written materials that educate, inspire, and guide our audience of Institutional investors.

Job Overview

Content Creation: Produce compelling, accurate, and well-researched investment-related content, including the creation of sales collateral, client reports, articles, blog posts, whitepapers, guides, and other written materials. Ensure content aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with current market trends, investment strategies, and financial news. Conduct thorough research to gather relevant information and insights that support the creation of informative and insightful investment content. Analyze data to support written collateral as needed, including creation of graphs/charts/tables
Investment Education: Develop a deep understanding of Avenue One’s business and service offerings. Simplify complex investment concepts and strategies into accessible and engaging content. Provide educational resources that empower readers to make informed investment decisions and understand the intricacies of various financial instruments.
Content Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with the growth and communications team to develop content plans and strategies aligned with our target audience's needs and preferences. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our content offerings and drive engagement.
Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Proofread materials to eliminate any grammatical or spelling errors, ensuring high-quality and error-free content.
SEO Optimization: Implement best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) to optimize content for discoverability and organic visibility. Incorporate relevant keywords and meta tags to enhance content's search rankings and drive organic traffic.
Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, including business development professionals, client relationship managers, and investment professionals. Effectively communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to gather insights and information for content creation.
