Role mission:
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining product documentation that helps our customers understand and effectively use our regulatory compliance software solutions. You will work closely with our product management, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and reflects the needs of our customers. You will report to the Head of Product – Customer Digital Experience and Strategy.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain product documentation for our regulatory compliance software solutions, including user guides, release notes, FAQs, and online help.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure that documentation is accurate, complete, and reflects the needs of our customers.
Review and edit documentation created by other team members to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Develop and maintain a content management system to organize and publish product documentation.
Stay up to date with changes in regulatory compliance requirements and industry trends to ensure that documentation is current and relevant.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably for a B2B software company or RegTech environment.
Prior experience documenting APIs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical audiences.
Experience with content management systems and documentation tools such as Confluence and SharePoint.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and industry trends is a plus.
