Senior Technical Writer
Avint LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing professional and informative documents designed for both technical and non-technical audiences. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our cybersecurity solutions, missions, and objectives.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop professional, informative documents designed for both technical and non-technical audiences, in support of cybersecurity solutions, missions and objectives
Review Security Plan documentation for technical accuracy and completeness
Review audit related implementation language for technical accuracy
Ensure all requirements have been addressed in the audit implementation language
Requirements
Qualifications:
Certification in Cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+)
Experience working in a cybersecurity-focused role
Proficiency in using document creation tools and software
Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience
Minimum 4 years’ experience
Proven experience in developing professional documents for technical and non-technical audiences
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and terminology
Detail-oriented with excellent editing and proofreading skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and industry standards
