SEO Content Writer

Helping Hands is the nation’s most widely rated home care provider and the only one to be endorsed as a Centre of Excellence by Skills for Care. We have over 140 branches across England and Wales as well as our Support Office in Alcester, Warwickshire. We’re now looking for a Content Writer with a strong focus on SEO to join our team in Alcester.

As a Content Writer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging, informative, and search engine-optimised content for our website. Your work will help drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and ultimately increase conversions for our home care services. Main Responsibilities

Content creation: Write high-quality, original, and SEO-friendly content for the Helping Hands website, including blog posts, service pages, and informational pages. Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and values.
Research: Stay informed about home care industry trends, caregiver support, and related topics. Use this knowledge to create informative and engaging content.
Editing and proofreading: Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and grammar. Ensure content is free of errors and aligns with our style guidelines.

About You

To be successful in this role you’ll need to have proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably with a focus on SEO content and a strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices. We’re looking an applicant who has Excellent writing and editing skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Knowledge of the home care industry or a similar healthcare field would be advantageous but is not essential.
