The role:

This is a multi-faceted role that will involve a range of marketing activities, including organic social media scheduling and management, assisting with social media advertising campaign creation and management, assisting with monthly reporting and communications audits, creating visual content like social media graphics, Instagram Reels and short videos and assisting with email marketing campaigns. Communication skills are key as we need someone who can fit in with our small team, and also build lasting and meaningful relationships with our clients.

Please note this is a part-time role (20 hours a week)

We will count on you to:

Work with the team to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives and activities, both online and offline.
Assist in updating, troubleshooting, and maintaining websites and CMS.
Work on advertising campaigns and supporting the team by coordinating and collating content.
Assist, plan and execute social media strategies, including but not limited to digital content creation across various platforms
Track, report and optimise campaigns to continuously improve our returns.
Assist production of podcast
Work with external and internal stakeholders to conduct market research

What you need to have:

Exceptional attention to detail
Marketing or Business Degree
Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Calm friendly manner willing to roll your sleeves up and get the job done
An ability to work in a fast paced environment is required
Strong reporting and Excel skills
Positive and mature attitude with strong work ethic
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
