What The Job Involves
Build and publish content in our CMS platforms (AEM and/or Hybris) across all BT Business websites
Subedit and proofread content, ensuring all work is of the highest quality - conforming to best web standards, BT’s brand and style guidelines, SEO and online usability and accessibility standards
Manage content and asset inventory, driving best practice
Manage friendly URL requests across BT Business
Collaborate closely with Product, Proposition and Marketing to align messaging and optimise experiences across a variety of products and services
Work with Product Designers and Content Designers in developing new components and optimising existing journeys.
Test new component functionality and provide feedback/sign-off ahead of releases (UAT)
Provide out of hours support for releases and upgrades
Champion simplicity, efficiency and consistency

You have a proven track record of working with content management systems (including experience of using headless functionality).
A knowledge and experience using Adobe products, particularly AEM & Target
Experience working with AGILE multi disciplined teams – User Researchers, Product Owners, Product Designers, etc.
Understanding of usability and accessibility best practices.
Excellent stakeholder management skills
