Responsibilities

Manage Stephens College website CMS
Identify needs and gaps in site content and navigation
Work with all departments and stakeholders across campus to produce accurate, timely and engaging web content.
Proofread, fact-check and edit all content; ensure consistency with College style, voice and brand.
Implement SEO guidelines
Write, edit and design broadcast email campaigns using TargetX (Salesforce) CRM
Write and/or edit copy for marketing campaigns, admissions material or use on College website
Write clear copy to promote the College across multiple audiences and platforms
Manage campus Digital Signs
Assist with promoting content on social media as assigned
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a writer, editor, content manager or similar role
Excellent writing and editing skills
Proven work experience with website management and SEO
Ability to meet deadlines and work with a team
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or related field
Experience with web design, HTML and CSS editing are preferred
