We are seeking a passionate and talented Newsletter Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience editing content within the emerging blockchain and Web3 space, with a particular focus on investments, investors, startups, startup founders, investment fund principles, and exciting industry trends.

Responsibilities:

Edit and refine newsletter content to ensure clarity, conciseness, accuracy, and adherence to our brand voice.
Conduct thorough fact-checking of all content, including verifying sources and ensuring the inclusion of APA style citations.
Collaborate with writers to improve the quality and impact of their work.
Maintain a consistent brand voice that is informative, comedic, witty, and optimistic, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
Incorporate a moderate level of day trading, finance, crypto, and Web3 slang while ensuring readability and clarity for a diverse audience.
Explore and leverage AI tools as part of the editing process, such as for initial fact-checking, while maintaining human oversight and ensuring the highest quality output.
Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and industry news within the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem.

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience editing blockchain/web3 newsletter content.
2+ years of experience editing content related to blockchain and Web3 technologies, startups, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
4+ years of total professional editing experience.
Proven ability to edit and refine text for clarity, conciseness, and impact.
Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, DeFi, and other key Web3 concepts.
Experience with content creation tools and platforms.
Portfolio of edited articles demonstrating strong editing and refinement skills.
