-Are creative storytellers who know how to harness their powers in short-form and long-form copy and content
-Can work fast and are efficient with their workflow and systems, while still being thorough and take the time required to do the job right
-Understand the basics of marketing and branding
-Always hit deadlines (or turn in deliverables early!)
