The successful candidate must be willing to lead department workshops, such as our Fall Workshop, student groups, such as the NPPA student chapter, and join efforts to create international experiences. The candidate should demonstrate an ability to connect evolving technology to the enhancement of story experiences for users and viewers of media. Being a problem solver and a good team player is a must, as the strength of the school lies in the interconnection of faculty skills and research/creative agendas—from traditional thinking to digital asset management, to visual discovery — and the collaborations created throughout all areas of the school. Candidates must demonstrate the potential to bring national visibility to the school through academic scholarship or creative activity.
