Technical Copywriter (Contract)

As a member of our Training and Enablement team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for training resources. You will work closely with various cross functional teams to transcribe existing documentation and create knowledge base documentation, course content, and other learning materials. Our ideal candidate will have a knack for working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage a high volume of copy. This is a 6+ month contract position and fully remote.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain internal and external self-serve documentation and walkthrough instructional videos.
Assist in content road map planning for learning courses and knowledge base documentation.
Compose copy in proper voice and tone of brand.
Edit and proofread at various stages of the development process.
Other duties as assigned.
