Position Goals & Expectations
Meet all proposal deadlines.
Research and understand bid requirements.
Answer each section of bid requirements.
Ensure compliance with bid requirements.
Reviewing and editing previously written content where necessary.
Create and/or obtain appropriate and accurate graphics, as part of bid requirement.
Participate in bid review process.
Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards.
Gain deep understanding of products and services, and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging content.
Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience, turning insights into language for user success.
Develop and maintain detailed database of reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications.
Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement.
Position Requirements
5 years’ experience as an ITS Proposal Technical Writer.
Public Sector proposal experience.
Knowledge of ITS solutions
Proven experience in communicating (written & verbal) comprehensive knowledge of technology stacks and product offerings, and how they are differentiated in the market.
Write, edit, format proposal content to final proposal.
Exceptionable proofreading abilities
Examples of writing required.
