About the Role

Craft engaging tech blogs and compelling social media posts
Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards
Gain deep understanding of products and technology, and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging content
Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience, turning insights into language for user success
Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement

Required Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or working towards Bachelor's degree in communications, English, Computer Science, or relevant writing/technical field
Empathy for software engineer - ideally, some experience in software engineering
