Job Description
The Experience team at Mangopay has the exciting mission to build, launch and iterate best-in-class platform experiences for our end-user clients (marketplaces, fintechs and other platforms). A critical part of Experience is enabling developers to easily and efficiently integrate Mangopay, regardless of their use case. Getting this right is vital to the growth of Mangopay.
We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer who will bring precision and consistency to our documentation and ensure good understanding of our technical solutions.
Collaborating with stakeholders across the business, the Technical Writer will help us to enhance the developer experience and to define a new level of excellence in payment solutions for developers.
What will you be responsible for?
Creating technical content that shows developers how to use Mangopay and how to get the most out of their Mangopay implementations
Owning the writing process of technical articles, tutorials and release notes
Participating in defining a documentation strategy and process: organization, tone of voice, writing guidelines, design
Develop new documentation formats
Collaborating with our Marketing and Academy teams to create blogs, white papers, and other publicly available content
What do we expect from you?
At least 2 years of in-depth work on technical products, as a Technical Writer, Customer Success Manager or Software Engineer. Ideally in fintech or on SaaS products
Excellent written communication skills in English
You are attracted to new technologies and coding (even if you are not a developer yourself). API or SDK are not strange words for you
Product-oriented and user-centric mindset are welcome
