My esteemed client is in search of a Technical/ Process Writer to join their team, with a primary focus on streamlining, modernizing, and simplifying their processes. In this role, you will take collaborate with the business and L&D team to create and manage documentation of outdated process in need of modernisation as well as newly formed processes.

Initial time in office + a short interstate travel (just a couple of days)

Your Role:
Conducting research, organizing content, and composing necessary documents.
Efficiently and effectively collecting information needed for documentation.
Presenting intricate technical data in a straightforward and comprehensible manner.
Ensure ease of understanding for users.
Analysing documents and ensuring a consistent style and content flow.
Reviewing and comprehending various content sources related to service information.
Adhering to the company's guidelines and standards for written materials.
Delivering work within agreed-upon timelines for the assigned tasks.
Documenting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures for document authoring.
Your Background:
Demonstrated expertise in executing process improvements.
Proficiency in identifying gaps within existing processes.
Familiarity processes, product and service knowledge, and operational procedures.
Well versed in Confluence and Jira
Salesforce knowledge of benefit but not essential
