Technical Writer

Experience in higher education creating and maintaining detailed documentation on Learning Management Systems, encompassing features, updates, and integrations.
Experience in higher education translating LMS functionalities and technical specifications into user-friendly language suitable for an academic audience
Experience in higher education developing and updating user manual tailored to educators, administrators, and students, ensuring ease of use and understanding of the LMS.
Experience in higher education producing step by step guides for configuring and managing the LMS.
Experience in higher education maintaining a high standard of documentation quality
Experience in higher education copy editing for accuracy, relevance, and clarity and for proper use of English language -e.g., correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc
Experience in higher education gathering feedback from users to continuously refine and improve documentation.
