Managing Editor

Over the past decade, Techonomy has become one of the leading media platforms covering the intersection of technology, the economy, and society. We believe that technology can accelerate social and economic progress, and we are looking for a managing editor who shares that belief. Techonomy publishes digital content daily, distributes a weekly newsletter, and hosts physical and virtual events throughout the year. Over a decade we have built a community of thought leaders from business, tech, academia, and government. The managing editor will have a curious mind and be interested in writing and editing articles, making videos, and helping curate events about the role of technology in progress, a more challenging theme than in the past. You will work closely with editor/founder David Kirkpatrick to help edit and maintain Techonomy.com and work on our weekly newsletter. You may moderate sessions both virtually and at in-person Techonomy events. A passion for tech and its impact on business and society is essential.
