Temp Remote Senior Copywriter

Our client, a global omnichannel retailer, is seeking a Senior Copywriter to join their team at a remote capacity. This is a temporary role that will start mid-March and continue for a year.

Job Duties Include:

Demonstrate expertise in eLearning methodologies while also showcasing a creative flair
Acquire proficiency in new digital tools and platforms
Display passion for instructional design and crafting educational content
Thrive as a team player comfortable with engaging with diverse teams
Develop compelling video descriptions, keywords, and summaries tailored for platforms like YouTube
Capture screenshots and visual aids to enhance video production
Record basic screen captures to illustrate processes for use in video tutorials
Provide and welcome constructive feedback during the review process
Navigate ambiguous tasks, work autonomously, and adjust direction as per evolving business requirements

Job Qualifications Include:

4+ years of experience in roles involving eLearning or product marketing copywriting
Experience in industries such as technology, eCommerce, or Software as a Service (SaaS)
Robust portfolio showcasing marketing or educational writing directed at external audiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Familiarity with project management tools, particularly Asana
Background in crafting help documentation and video scripts, preferred
Exceptional proficiency in grammar, writing, and editing
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to adapt writing style for various audiences, utilizing both formal and informal tones
Experience collaborating with project stakeholders and designers preferred
Familiarity with CMS platforms like Contentstack and Salesforce preferred
Proficiency in project management tools such as Slack, JIRA, and Confluence preferred
Understanding of agile instructional design processes preferred
Experience creating videos and presentations using Vyond preferred
Familiarity with image editing software like Photoshop and SnagIt

Pay: $45-$50/hr (please ask Ashlie to confirm this since it's the max)
