Technical Editor – Portland, OR

We are currently seeking a Technical Editor to edit technical engineering and scientific reports, statements of qualifications, proposals, and other marketing publications for grammatical accuracy, consistency in tone, organization, and consistency in formatting. Technical editors coordinate documents from initial templates through final production and distribution, working with project managers, document authors, and peer reviewers. Other tasks could include basic administrative duties, as necessary. The position would be classified as on-call but could facilitate up to a full-time schedule depending on workload and employee expertise. Hours can be discussed further during the interview process.
