National News Desk Editor

We are looking for a seasoned editor to join the Monitor’s National News desk. This is a great opportunity to work closely with reporters in bureaus around the United States as part of a fast-moving, collaborative, and highly engaged team. Candidates should have at least 5 years editing experience. Ability to conceptualize stories, edit deftly, and work effectively on deadline is a must.

Applicants should be well grounded in journalistic ethics and have an appreciation for the Monitor’s constructive, values-driven approach to journalism.
