Associate Editor

The Hill, a division of Nexstar Media Group, seeks an Associate Editor to join our newsroom. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team of reporters and editors producing news for a large national audience. You will work closely with those editors and reporters to generate ideas and craft and refine non-partisan stories on politics, healthcare, national security and other coverage areas. A hard work ethic and good time-management skills are required to handle the fast-paced news cycle. Applicants should be familiar with Washington DC and federal politics and have a good nose for news and where stories are going. The position is full-time with some nights and weekends.
