Night Editor

The (Seneca, S.C.) Journal is looking for a creative, detail-oriented and hard-working page designer and copy editor to join the team at our five-day daily in the beautiful Mountain Lakes region of South Carolina and help our newspaper continue to thrive.

Our community is a wonderland for anyone who loves the great outdoors and small-town living, and we’re just a short drive from Greenville, S.C., one of the South’s best mid-sized cities, and a couple hours from Atlanta and Charlotte.

This position will join our night staff, work under the supervision of our News Editor and take the lead role in designing our Main News section.

Other duties include layout of other sections and web posting. This is also an ideal role for someone who is social media savvy, as we hope to continue to build our presence in that regard.
