Audience Growth Producer

McClatchy and the Miami Herald, one of America’s greatest metro newsrooms, is seeking an Audience Growth Producer to grow and diversify readership for our journalism. The successful candidate will engage with readers on social media, via newsletters and across our McClatchy news sites and digital platforms in Florida. Audience Growth Producers are also experts in SEO, alert strategy and are responsible for helping to determine the best ways to promote our stories, videos and multimedia packages. Keen news judgment, strong communication and writing skills, and the ability to collaborate with your colleagues – both local and remote – are musts. This is an evolving space, and experimentation is key.
