Southern Nevada Government Accountability Reporter

We’re looking for a data-minded watchdog reporter who can immerse themself in local governments overseeing Southern Nevada — the dynamic home of Las Vegas and three-quarters of the state’s residents — and dig up impactful stories with statewide resonance.

The reporter will lean on records and sourcing to keep local officials accountable as they work on issues ranging from building a Major League Baseball stadium to combatting fast-rising temperatures and housing prices.

Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Salary and Benefits:
$50,000-$60,000
