Reporter, New England

We are seeking a versatile and experienced reporter to cover New England. The ideal candidate would have a deep interest in the region and an understanding of the issues that are playing out across Greater Boston and Massachusetts as well as in Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont. We are looking for a skilled writer who can cover breaking news and produce larger think pieces and stylish features. We want a self-starter who will show readers the myriad ways in which the region is changing – politically, economically and culturally. We also are seeking someone who embraces a true range of stories and turnaround times and is eager to experiment with different forms of journalism.
