Newsletter Writer

Job Responsibilities:
Write weekly newsletters in each of TRD’s markets (National, New York, South Florida, Chicago, Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Texas), synthesizing our top stories to speak with voice and authority about the important news in each region
Select stories for daily newsletters in each of TRD’s regions
Write eye-catching subject lines for daily newsletters in each of TRD’s regions.
Analyze and understand newsletter performance, and constantly tweak strategy to improve engagement on each newsletter.
Work with TRD’s editors to create breaking news e-lerts and special report newsletters
Option to ideate, pitch, and execute entirely new newsletters that add to TRD’s suite of email products.
