Managing Editor

The Republican, an award-winning daily and Sunday newspaper headquartered in Springfield, Massachusetts, (online home, MassLive.com, the largest digital news website in Massachusetts), seeks a Managing Editor. The successful candidate for this senior leadership executive position should have a demonstrated depth of experience in a fast-paced news environment, including editing and management experience, have a passion for community news and experience in overseeing digital and print newsrooms, bring and inspire innovative strategies to grow readership online and in print and be willing to become an active and engaged member of the Western Massachusetts community.
