The Sidney Sun-Telegraph, a weekly newspaper located in the Nebraska panhandle, is looking for a full-time reporter. Sidney provides a great opportunity for a young journalist to hone their skills or a seasoned reporter to continue their craft as the city undergoes its own economic transformation. As the city rewrites its future, you can be on the frontlines to witness its progress. Home to Cabela’s flagship store, which sits directly on Interstate 80, Sidney has a rejuvenating downtown that provides plenty of story ideas and a number of amenities. It’s also ideally located near Colorado and Wyoming, with just under a three hour drive to Denver and 90 minutes to Cheyenne. The ideal candidate for the Sidney Sun-Telegraph is self-motivated but can also take direction and be a team player.
