Digital Communications Associate

As a member of our Digital Communications team, the Digital Communications Associate is responsible for completing desktop publishing projects that overlap into the Digital Communications space (i.e., white papers, event postings). This includes managing the communications materials through the multi-language translation process and managing the content in both digital (CMS) web portals, and desktop (page layout) spaces. Additionally, the Associate is responsible for managing multiple tasks and maintaining continuous updates of web property content, with experience in Web, CMS and Marketing technology projects. The Associate will also need to assist with photo and video pre and post-production. The incumbent will have the opportunity to learn and work with various systems used by the Digital Communications team, such as Sitecore, Google Analytics, Pardot, Microsoft Office Suite, and Acrobat Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Also experience in social media is a plus.
