Bringing readers closer to our journalism and journalists is a key pillar of The Telegraph’s subscriber-first engagement strategy. As community moderator, you will be part of a team responsible for cultivating The Telegraph’s commenting community.
You will work with community and other editorial teams to improve the quality of below the line interactions, ensuring readers' comments are constructive and respectful, while defending the principle of free speech.
This is an ideal role for an early-career journalist or community manager who wishes to develop their editorial and community skills within a supportive, collaborative environment.

The desk will be covered from 7am-10pm midweek and from 9am-5pm at weekends, so you will work on a rota basis which reflects these hours.
