Assistant Editor

The Times-Standard is looking for an assistant editor/lead reporter to cover Humboldt County government, cannabis and environmental topics. In addition to reporting duties, the position requires some editing and proofreading duties tied to the production of a daily newspaper and maintaining of our website. The ideal candidate will have previous professional newspaper or journalism experience and a strong working knowledge of AP style.
