In early 2020 we launched a US edition, hitting all traffic and revenue targets to become the fastest growing news site in the US. We are now looking for a freelance Lifestyle Reporter to support our ongoing expansion.
The successful applicant will join a growing team with part-time and full-time shifts available. The role is suitable for all experience levels, from a recent graduate reporter looking to specialize, to more seasoned lifestyle journalists. The shift rate is $200-$250/day depending on experience.
Staff jobs do become available for outstanding freelancers interested in a more permanent position with the business.
The office is based in Midtown Manhattan, but remote candidates from across the US will be considered.
If you are accepted for an interview, please come with 3 story ideas to pitch. It could be a feature on the Kardashians or a Teen Mom star, interesting hacks people need to know about shopping/parenting/homes & cleaning, or an expert we could speak to about a current celebrity story/lifestyle trend/parenting tips/weddings.
