The Anchor and Contributing Editor is one of the most public-facing roles with The Trust, the creative content studio of the Wall Street Journal. It is a hybrid role requiring a combination of public-facing interviewing in locations worldwide as well as creative ideation for big campaigns for The Trust’s clients – the world’s biggest brands, corporations and occasionally governments. It requires an individual who is completely at ease interviewing senior newsmakers and decision makers in front of live and virtual audiences, and who has the gravitas to represent our brand authentically and credibly in such settings. But you’ll also be just as comfortable providing sophisticated ideation on our biggest and most strategic or complex deals, collaborating across our organization to ensure deals are executed to specification, and adding creative heft to our team of creative directors to ensure we can maintain a fast pace of providing excellent ideas at scale to clients across sectors.
